Frequently asked questions.

  • Therapy often focuses on healing emotional wounds and exploring the past to understand the present.
Coaching, on the other hand, helps you look forward — toward clarity, self-awareness, and change.
It’s not about diagnosing or fixing, but about guiding you to reconnect with yourself and take intentional steps toward growth.

  • Anything that feels heavy, confusing, or keeps you from moving forward.
Whether it’s about self-worth, career direction, boundaries, relationships, or emotional balance — we’ll unpack it together.
If something goes beyond the scope of coaching (like trauma or clinical mental health needs), I’ll help you find the right kind of professional support

  • The first session is all about getting to know each other — your story, your rhythm, and your needs.
We’ll set boundaries, talk about what you’d like to work on, and shape the pace that feels right for you.
From there, every session is tailored around what you bring that week

  • Each session lasts 50 minutes.
The frequency is entirely up to you — weekly, bi-weekly, or whenever you need space to reflect.
Coaching is most effective when it fits your life, not the other way around.

  • Absolutely. Everything you share stays private.
The only exceptions are situations where there’s risk of harm to yourself or others, or if disclosure is required by law.

  • That’s completely fine. You can start by booking a free 15-minute call to ask questions and see if this feels like the right space for you.
There’s no pressure — just curiosity and conversation.

  • Everyone is welcome.
The Ember Room has dedicated spaces for women, men, seniors, and even gamers — but at its heart, it’s a space for anyone who values honesty, self-reflection, and emotional growth.

  • Of course.
The packages are simply starting points — windows into different types of journeys.
We can always adapt your sessions as your goals and needs evolve.

  • Romanian and English.
I coach comfortably in both languages, and you can choose whichever feels most natural to you.

  • Currently, I only offer online sessions.
That allows me to work with clients wherever they are, while keeping the space private and comfortable.

  • You can reach out through the Contact page on the website or send me a direct message.
Once I receive your request, I’ll confirm the details and timeslot within 48 hours.

  • Yes. Life happens, and plans can change.
Just let me know at least 48 hours in advance so I can free up the slot for someone else.

  • Coaching helps you untangle the thoughts and emotions that keep you stuck.
It gives you perspective, clarity, and the confidence to move forward — one step, one ember, at a time.

  • Yes. The packages help you find your starting point, but every session adapts to wherever you are. If your needs shift, we adjust together—no extra cost, no complications.

  • No preparation needed. Just show up as you are. If something specific is on your mind, bring it—but if you're not sure what to talk about, that's completely fine too. We'll figure it out together.

  • Payment is made only after your session slot is confirmed.
If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

  • Not every coach-client connection clicks, and that's okay. If at any point you feel this space isn't right for you, we can talk about it openly. I can also help you find other resources or practitioners who might be a better match.

The goal is for you to get the support you need—whether that's here or somewhere else.

  • If you're in crisis, please reach out—you don't have to be alone in it. While coaching isn't crisis intervention and I'm not equipped to provide emergency mental health care, I can help you connect with the right professional support or crisis resources you need.

I'm here to help you find the help you need.

  • No, The Ember Room is an independent coaching practice.
However, I also collaborate with the Conscious Living Collective NGO, an organization focused on emotional wellbeing and conscious living.

  • Right now, I focus on one-on-one coaching.
If there’s interest in group or organizational sessions in the future, that door will open naturally.

  • It’s built from purpose, not profit. This is a space for warmth, honesty, and being seen as you are.
